- Opening times: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1pm – 6pm Thursday 1pm – 7pm , Saturday 9am – 1pm
- Holdings: 15,000 items. Books (picture books, children’s stories, fairy tales, ABC books, young adult novels, non-fiction books), comics (also Manga and Anime) board games, CD-ROMs; 6000 items in the stacks for children’s and young adult's literature
- Events: Story and creative hour (each Thursday at 3pm) for children from 4 to 8 years of age. Stories are read aloud, you can tinker, paint and play. Children’s celebrations for certain holidays (Easter, Christmas, Halloween or topics such as knights, pirates) take place several times annually. Each year in the autumn the Koblenzer Young Adults’ Book Week takes place with readings etc. in cooperation with the children’s library.
- Interested kindergarten groups or school classes can agree upon dates for attendance at any time. The children’s and young adults’ library can be discovered and explored with library rallies in a fun way. Kindergarten and school teachers can have book packages for certain topics or events arranged. PC Club for children.
