The main sources of information available for local and regional history, including family history, are located in the Stadtarchiv Koblenz.

Primary source material such as press cuttings, photographs, manuscripts and original parish registers are primarily held by the Stadtarchiv Koblenz.

The local library collections consist of secondary source material about history, geography, society, culture etc. We as a public library offer collections of general and  special works dealing with the most popular aspects of Koblenz and Rhineland history.
